In its fourth year, the 2017 Strategy, Actions, and Behaviors Study helps employers continue to understand the importance and role of employee benefits within their organizational goals.

We designed our survey to help understand how employers view benefits as part of their human capital attraction and retention strategies, and to compare the results to our prior-year surveys.
