National Sales Reward & Recognition Program

USI PEAK is an annual incentive program designed to reward and recognize USI’s premier sales professionals for achieving sales excellence. We are proud to honor and celebrate the passion, drive and work ethic of the individuals that build our great teams. Sales associates who achieve PEAK recognition travel to amazing destinations for a once-in-a-lifetime PEAK experience. Past PEAK experiences have included: taking over Yankee Stadium and playing ball on the field, taking over the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and driving in stock car races, America’s Cup yacht racing in St Maarten and bobsled racing at Park City’s Olympic Park. PEAK qualifiers also earn annual equity ownership in USI. The USI PEAK Awards are open to both new and established professionals who leverage the USI ONE Advantage^® for their success.
